The Worldchefs Congress is organized by the World Association of Chefs Societies every two years and is a trademark of the long-standing tradition of Chefs worldwide.
The 38th conference took place in Malaysia, held on July 11-14, 2018, was organized by the Greek company ARTION, which has shown excellent professionalism in the past.
The conference was attended by 4,000 chefs from 105 countries as well as 20 speakers from around the world, each of whom highlighted a different side of global gastronomy. The competition for the Global Chefs Challenge with 70 participants was also held.
Argiro Barbarigou was also there to represent Greece, together with the Greek delegation and the Club of Chefs of Northern Greece. Argiro also represented Greece at the previous Worldchefs Congress 2016.
